笔记本的性能和内存配置往往存在权衡关系。为了统计那些被“完虐”的笔记本数量，FST团队需要一个有效的解决方案。

经过分析，我们发现可以通过以下方法来解决这个问题：

将笔记本按照内存和速度进行排序

倒序遍历排序后的结果

统计满足以下条件的笔记本数量：

其内存低于某个基准值

其速度低于某个基准值

具体实现步骤如下：

创建一个节点结构体存储每个笔记本的内存和速度信息

读取输入数据并填充节点数组

使用自定义比较器对节点数组进行排序

初始化最大内存/速度值相关变量

遍历排序后的节点数组，统计满足条件的笔记本数量

这个方法的核心思想是通过排序和倒序遍历来高效地解决问题。
